Considering the nature of what and who the Colonial Grill would serve, the menu the restaurant would use needed to be both firm to allow it to hold up to use throughout the day and easy to replace should it become too worn out to use. The menu is printed onto a tabloid sheet folded into four panels and partially glued together.
